Easy buying experience with Randy

My wife, dog and I were on a one day road trip tp to north Georgia to look at a piece of real estate when my Ford F-250 diesel had a mechanical failure. The folks at Shottenkirk Ford were great. Our primary point of contact was Service Advisor Scott DiSalvo who really went out of his way to help us. The part was not going to come in for three days so he beat the bushes making phone calls on our behalf in assisting us in getting a rental car so we could get back to Florida. We had an extended warranty on the vehicle and he did all the legwork to make sure the terms of the warranty were met. During the entire process Scott kept us informed of the progress In my profession I understand the value of true customer service and the level of service provided to us revealed someone who took a genuine interest in seeing we were taken care of. Thank you Scott!!
